TrendVPN Product Refund Agreement

The entity operating as a service provider in the electronic environment, "TrendVPN," and the individual receiving services, placing orders, requesting support, and conducting all activities through the service provider shall be referred to as "Service Recipient and CUSTOMER" in the continuation of this agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The content of this agreement pertains to the application of the customer for the termination, cancellation, and refund of the purchased products.

2. Validity Period of the Agreement

TrendVPN offers a refund option within 3 days of the provided VPN service. The product purchase date must not exceed 3 days. Purchases beyond this period are not eligible for the refund agreement.

The refund is processed for the full amount paid by the customer. To initiate a refund, you can send an email from your purchase account to info@trendvpn.net. The refund process may take 3-9 business days, depending on banking working hours.
